Honestly, I was sceptical about the Titan One, particularly given the fallout with the CronusMax all felt a bit dodgy. Aside from cross-console and HID-compliant controller support, you get Xim4 compatibility and macro editing and recording for things like combos. Don't get one, it's crap compared to the Titan One. The PS360+ has the same authentication issue, but they don't seem to have solved it. The problem was resolved in a recent Titan One firmware update. Some commenters have mentioned the PS4 attempts to reauthenticate the controller every 10 mins. There are YouTube videos of guys using the TE stick with the Titan One on PS4. I can confirm one way or the other in a real fighting game on PS4 or XB1, but I'm confident based on what I've seen that it'll work, no problems. The TE is not the pony to pick for these games, but nor is a steering wheel or a Xim. Works perfectly.at least to the point when you need a Right analog stick. As a last resort, I tried Guacamelee on XB1. The TE's stick maps to the d-pad, so that rules out UFC on PS4, which requires a Left analog stick for movement. I also fired up Killer Instinct on XB1 and it tossed a prompt to install a 17GB update. I don't have Injustice installed on PS4, so I couldn't test an appropriate game for the fightstick, but I was able to navigate the XMB and all buttons worked. I've got my Logitech G25 and DFGT wheels working on PS4, XB1 and 360 via the T1 and the MaxAim DI plugin in the GTuner Pro PC app. There's a small but growing Xim4 community on the T1 forums, which made my choice between the T1 and the CM very easy. The T1 in particular sees itself as a complementary product to Xim4 and works with in combination with Xim4 on PS3, PS4, 360 and XB1.
